 DECEMBER

• 31.12.2003      Olga celebrates her 10th birtday 31.12.2003 - Congratulations !! Still going very strong. Thank you all of this year and good luck to 2004 !
  
• 30.12.2003     Niki is not with Axle's puppies, she was scanned today ! This sure is a disappoinment, but what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger as they say...She will be mated from her next season (around April) naturally. 
  
• 09.12.2003      Greetings from Poland - new pics at Bu's page !
  
• 07.12.2003      At Winner 2003-show we had two of our own dogs and one breeding. Paavo was second in juniors with EXC2. Tosca was shown for the first time at official show in Finland and shw was 3rd in juniors with VG3. Also Tosca's sister Kwahu was at the show ans she got G. The judge was Elina Haapaniemi, FI and the ridgie entry was 30.

 NOVEMBER

• 29.11.2003      Niki has been inseminated with Axle's high-quality semen this morning and yesterday evening. End of December she'll be scanned so then we know more, but wouldn't it be so lovely to have Iita's grankids end of January....Good luck Niki !
  
• 24.11.2003      We took unofficial (because of his young age - under 18 months) x-rays of Paavo's hips and elbows with very nice results - HD: clear, ED: clear. 
  Finally Axle's "drops" arrived to Finland, the trip wasn't too easy and many thanks belongs to Nada, Birgitte & Kim - THANK YOU !
  
• 15.11.2003      At Jyväskylä int.show Paavo was second in juniors (EXC2) with Res.CC. Kwahu was second in junior bitches (VG2) and Ezzi won junior bitches (VG1). Siiri won females, got CACIB ( 20th CACIB for her) and was BOS. The judge was Annika Ulltveit-Moe, SE and the breed entry was 19.

• 09.11.2003      New pic at Kwezenga's page. At all breed puppy show in Kaarina Frida was the only puppy from us (puppy entry 4) and she did well - she won BOB-puppy and BIG 1. 
  We were in Estonia in Tartu international show with 3 ridgies - Siiri was BOB & BIG 2, Tosca was BOB-junior and Paavo BOS-junior. They both received Estonian junior CC (you need 3 to become junior champion). In bis-junior competition Tosca was picked among 7 finalists out of 24 juniors, but didn't place in top 4, this was her first official show. Our breed judge was Nina Karlsdotter, SE and group judge was Paula Heikkinen-Lehkonen, FI. Breed entry was 8.
  Kwahu took part to match show in Jyväskylä and was BIS 4. Congratulations, especially Mikko for Frida's professional handling !
  
• 01.11.2003      At Espoo all breed puppy show (total entry 530) there were 16 beautiful ridgie puppies present and 6 of them came from our K-litter. The judge was Paula Heikkinen-Lehkonen, a Finnish all rounder, who also judged group and bis competitions. Here are some results of our pups : 
  • Sami won male puppies and was BOB, BIG and then BIS 4 !
  • Uno was 2nd best male puppy with HP.
  • Luke was 3rd best male puppy with HP.
  • Dina was 3rd best female puppy with HP, this was her first show - well done Isabel !
  • Frida was 4th best female puppy with HP.
  • Alma didn't place among 4 best pups. 
  We also presented a breeders group out of Sami, Uno, Frida & Alma which became BOB. In the bis-competition our group won BIS !
  A great day, but would have been impossible without all of you who were there with K-puppies - Thank you and congratulations to all of you !
  

 OCTOBER

• 27.10.2003     New pics of Swiss girl Kwezenga.
  
• 26.10.2003     K-puppies again....this time in Lahti all breed puppy show. Luke was BOB-puppy and BIG 2, Frida was BOS-puppy and Kwahu second best female puppy. The judge was Eeva Resko.
  In Seinäjoki the results were like day before : Paavo EXC1 and res.CC & Siiri BOS (her 11th this year). Also Ronja was there and she got G. 
  Congratulation all !
  
• 25.10.2003     Wonderful news from Estonia - Little-Lotta was in her first show. She took part to baby puppy class in national show in Paide and was BOB- baby puppy. Then she competed in bis competition and charmed the judge so well that she won over 14 baby puppies and was BIS I - baby puppy. The breed judge was Lessi Tchistiakova, RU and bis judge was Rune Fagerström, FI. Huge congratulations from all of us !
  We were in Seinäjoki all breed national show where Paavo managed to get EXC2 and res.CC and Siiri was BOS. 
  
• 22.10.2003     Some pic updates on K-pup pages : Kyösti and Uno.
  
• 19.10.2003     Bu got very promising in a show in Poland. They don't have bob-puppy competition. Also Kwahu was in a puppy show in Kaarina. She won class 7-9 months and in the finals she was second best female puppy. Congratulations both !
  Some of us were in Hyvinkää in unofficial lure coursing competition. It sure was unofficial as you needed no prior experience, so we were there even with 5 month old K-pups. I was really happy to see that all were after lure and ran well. The biggest surprise for me was Paavo - he ran for the first time and did really well. He got nice points 229 and placed as 4th among all breeds. But this sure was just fun, but now we know what we'll do next year....
  
• 18.10.2003     Ezzi was BOB-puppy today at Oulu international show. Congratulations ! The judge was Marija Kavcic, Slovenia. Nowdays puppies only compete for bob and bos puppy, they don'y have a bis ring at official shows, only in puppy shows.

• 12.10.2003     Today we had Finnish Ridgeback club's Open Show - judge was Unto Timonen, a whippet breeder and sighthound judge, some nice results here :
  • Olga - best bitch in pet class & BOS-pet • 3 competitors
  • Sami (puppyclass 5-7 months) - best male puppy & BOS-puppy • 6 competitors in 5-7 mo malepups, won also over 7-9 mo old pup
  • Luke (5-7 months) - 2nd best male puppy
  • Uno (5-7 months) - 3rd best male puppy
  • Alma (5-7 montsh) - 2nd best female puppy • 8 competitors in 5-7 mo femalepups
  • Frida (6-7 months) - 3rd best female puppy
  • Tosca (7-9 months) - best female puppy & BOB-puppy • 2 competitors in her class, won over all pups
  • Kwahu (7-9 months) - 2nd best female puppy
  • Paavo JUNIOR 2 • 2 competitors
  • Siiri CH 1, Best bitch 2nd • 7 competitors in champion class
  Thank you all who were present ! Especially Iita would have been so proud of her K-pups today, her legacy sure is something...
  I just received nice news also from Oulu - Ezzi was BIS3 in match show there today - Congratulations to all equally !
  
• 05.10.2003     Lot's of updates on K-puppies pages. Following pages have been updated : Alma, Dina, Frida, Hippu, Rommi, Kyösti & Uuno.
  
• 04.10.2003     Lotta & Sami has own homepages - have a peek. Also some new pics on their site and Hariba's as well. Uno took part today to his very first match show. He managed to place fiftjh in puppy class - Congratulations !

 SEPTEMBER

• 28.09.2003     I've buildt a memorial page for Iita. This was a tough one....
  
• 21.09.2003     At SSKY's (Finnish Companion Dog Assiciation = our parent club) Kwahu was BOB-puppy & BIS 4 ! and Uuno BOS-puppy. Paavo managed to place second with excellent in tough junior class and got RES. CC. Siiri (Kwahu's and Uuno's mom) won champion class and placed as second best bitch. The judge was Johan Juslin. Congratulations !
  
• 20.09.2003     Kwahu was BOB-puppy at Hyvinkää unofficial puppy show for all breeds - Congratulations !
  
• 14.09.2003     HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY PAAVO !! Some new pics at his page. Kwahu raced in unofficial lure coursing trial in Jyväskylä (that area unofficial championship race). He only ran 1 race because of her age, but she managed to get 242 points and among all competitors she was third. Well done !
  
• 13.09.2003      Paavo competed first time in junior class in Porvoo. He got VG and placed as 4th. The judge was Ferilith Somerfiled, UK. She gave him a very good judgement. Kwahu was at puppy show in Tampere and won BOS-puppy. Topi competed first time in official obedience competition and did very well - he won first prize with 185 points in novice class and placed as second. Congratulations to Johanna and Marja ! I'm so proud.
  
• 11.09.2003      We took Tosca to show training and went to match show. It was organized by Finnish Dog Show Judges. Tosca really surprised us by winning all puppies and placing as BIS 2 in the finals. The judge for puppies and for bis was Soile Bister (show judge). Also Paavo was there practising, he was 4th in adults.
  
• 07.09.2003      Ezzi was BIS5 at match show in Ii.
  
• 06.09.2003      Our little sunshine Iita suddenly passed away. This has been so huge sorrow and pain, also difficult to understand what happened. The most important thing is that she is now at Rainbow Bridge painless (she must have been sick with something if she died that suddenly) with many friends and bowls full of cheese.
  THANK YOU ALL FRIENDS WHO SHARED OUR SORROW - IT SURE HAS HELPED !
  
• 03.09.2003      Puppyparty page has been created ! 

 AUGUST

• 31.08.2003      We hit the road (luckily our ring started around 1 pm) to Vantaa show. Two of Siiri's babies were at the show, Ezzi and Kwahu. Kwahu was better this time and she was BOB-puppy, Ezzi was second. Ibu got VG1 in open class and Topi EXC2 in champion class. Siiri was the only bitch who was awarded with EXC, so she was best bitch and BOS. The judge was Rigmor M. Ulstad, NO. Congratulations to all equally !
  
• 30.08.2003      It was again time to spend some QUALITY TIME with our breedings and their owners at Harjaselän puppyparty ! This year we organized the happening at our neighbourhood. Special thanks to all who were present - we all had fun. After a hard day we relaxed at sauna and made this world a better place with some "ridgie chat". It was already Sunday morning when we hit the bed. Own page will follow in few days as soon as I get all pictures. 
  
• 26.08.2003      I wanna thank Topi's owner Johanna here a bit afterwards......she has done an enormous job with our little cutie to become a champion !! They sure had have also some bad days as well - THANK YOU ! This boy was also BOS (best male) at Finnish Specialty this year. Well done Topi and Johanna !
  
• 24.08.2003      At Heinola all breed show we got a new Harjaselän CHAMPION - Harjaselän Harubah *Topi* won males, got last CAC needed to become Finnish Champion - Congratulations Johanna ! In the finals he lost to Siiri and was BOS. Siiri was BOB and BIG 4. The judge was Alice Christiansen, DK and the group judge Hannu Talvi.
  Kwahu also did very well at inofficial all breed puppy show - she was BOB-puppy, BIG 1 and BIS 4 ! Well done, Congratulations Marja. Lovely day for us as the mom & daughter both won BOB at same day.....daughter even did better.
  
• 23.08.2003      We were in Tallinn (Estonia) in Baltic Winner 2003 international show with nice success - Siiri was BOB with new title Baltic Winner 2003. She also was BIG 1, but unfortunately BIS competition was held next day, so we decided to go home. Niki won open class and got CAC. In brace competition Paavo and Siiri placed as BIS 2 out of 6 braces. Breed judge was Jorma Silta, FI and group judge Libuse Ubrova, CZ. Breed entry was 12 and 7 ridgies showed up. 
  
• 17.08.2003      At Aura all breed show Ibu got EXC2 in open class, Niki got EXC1 in open class with res.CAC and Siiri won - BOB & BIG 2. Nice day for us. Judge was John Hiddes, NL.
  
• 16.08.2003      At Vaasa international show Ibu got G and Siiri was BOS (her 8th bos this year) with CACIB. Judge was Dominic Harris, IE.
  
• 15.08.2003      Well....I had some time to do the updates. New pics on Paavo's page, also little-Kwezenga sends greetings from Switzerland.
  
• 14.08.2003      New pics of Paavo will be added after the weekend - meanwhile enjoy of his handsome head !
  
• 13.08.2003      HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY IITA !!!  Niki's page has been updated also L-litter page finally ready.
  
• 10.08.2003      At Hämeenlinna all breed show (entry 16) Topi got VG2, Niki G and Siiri EXC1 and was BOS. Judge was Esko Nummijärvi, FI..
  
• 09.08.2003      At Kuopio all breed show (entry 6) Niki got EXC1 in open class with res.CAC and Siiri EXC1 in champion class. Judge was Lena Stålhandske, SE.

• 06.08.2003      K-litter pups have finally their own pages - sorry it took this long !
  
• 03.08.2003      I think this day was the hardest day in our history as breeder (so far)......after the show Bu was fetched to his new home. We love this little boy SO much, but we also know that it's his time to go on and have more experiences. Also now he get's Monika's full attention and more time what we were able to offer with 3 other dogs. Pasi wasn't even able to walk Bu to the car, it was too hard. Good luck Bu to your new life - we already miss ya ! We know, time will help.....and Monika is the perfect owner for him.
  In Palanga (Lithuania) international show our judge was Mr Kari Järvinen, Finland. Bu competed in puppy class, but didn't receive HP (he was fooling around), Ibu got VG1, Paavo got EXC1 and was BOB-junior and BOB. Siiri was BOS with CAC and CACIB. In final competitions Paavo was BIG 4 ! We also competed in brace competition and out of 19 braces Paavo and Siiri placed as BIS 5 ! 
  Dalmatian Taavi was best male 2 and got CAC and res.CACIB (which will be confirmed as the winner was int.ch).
  Kwahu took part to match show (inofficial show) in Jyväskylä and was BIS 3 - Congratulations Marja !
  
• 02.08.2003      We decided to have a weekend trip to the Baltic countries. Our van was loaded with dalmatian Taavi and ridgies Bu, Ibu, Niki, Paavo and Siiri. Our first show was a national show for FCI groups 4, 5 & 6 in Pöltsamaa, Estonia. Judge was Mr Harald Aune, Norway. Bu was BOB & BIS 3-puppy ! Paavo got VG1 and so did Ibu. Niki was BOB (with CAC), BIG 1 & BIS 3 and Siiri best bitch 2. Not a bad day for Harjaselän - 2 x BIS 3 placements !!  Dalmatian Taavi was BOS and got CAC.
  After the show we hit to road to Palanga, Lithuania.
  

 JULY

• 27.07.2003      At Helsinki all breed national show Niki was first in open class with VG1 and Siiri was BOS.
  
• 26.07.2003      At Mikkeli international show Rico was second in his open class with EXC2, Niki was first in open class with VG1 and Siiri placed after bos-bitch with CACIB.
  
• 23.07.2003      Lots of new pics added to the site. K-litter pages are very much under work, maybe tomorrow.....
  
• 21.07.2003      I got some lovely news from Poland - Harjaselän Ijumaa Imani "Saba" has been x-rayed with the best result. HD : A/A, ED :0/0 !
  
• 19.07.2003      On the fourth day Siiri was second in champion class with CK, judge was Conny Byström from Sweden and entry was 43 ridgies. 
  
• 18.07.2003      On the third day Siiri was fourth in champion class with CK, judge was Frank Pieterse from Australia and entry was 47.
  
• 17.07.2003      On the second day Siiri competed in champion class and was second with CK, judge was Göran Bodegård from Sweden and the breed entry was 26.
  
• 16.07.2003      We were at 4-day international show in Vadstena, Sweden. First day Siiri was first with CK in open class (CK=SQ is needed to compete for CAC). I the best bitch class she was second best bitch (BB2) with CAC and Res.CACIB, she thus became a SWEDISH CHAMPION ! She lost to Multi Ch & W Rex Ventors Cetinja. The judge was Robert Smith from USA and the entry was 36.
  
• 13.07.2003      New pics of J-puppies : Bu, Ezzi, Kwahu & Uuno.
  
• 12.07.2003      4 puppies, aged 5 months, from J-litter took part to all breed puppy show (unofficial). The day was nice - not too warm and it didn't rain. The best out of our group succeeded Kwahu by being BOB and BIG2, second in baby (under 7 months) bitches was Ezzi. Bu was BOS and Uuno was second in baby males. Congratulations to all equally ! Our breeder's group was BIS2 in the main ring. Thank you all for being there with us and spending a lovely day with us ! Breed and group judge was Colin Smith and breeder's group judge was Juha Kares.
  
• 11.07.2003      All puppies have moved, the last one left today to Pärnu (Estonia) - Have a safe journey !
  
• 09.07.2003      Only 2 pups left - Kardemumma will leave tomorrow as soon as Johanna finishes her graduation party in UK. Karpalo will be fetched on Friday to her new home country Estonia. She will be the first show quality rr in Estonia. 
  
• 06.07.2003      In Karjaa all breed show (our home show) Siiri finally won the males she had lost for few times - she was BOB and BIG1 ! Breed judge was Petru Muntean (Romania) and group 6 was judged by Paula Heikkinen-Lehkonen. Siiri was the most succesfull dog in the show from Karjaa area and we are so proud of her.
  
• 05.07.2003      Our Open Show was cancelled, so I decided to go to Tuusula with Pasi. In all breed show Siiri was BOS (again for fourth time...). The judge was Soile Bister.
  
• 03.07.2003      Bu learned how to swim - few pics here.
  

 JUNE 

• 29.06.2003     Kwezenga left with Yvonne (kennel Mashaba's) to Switzerland - no need to tell how sad the moment at the airport was....She will have a nice time there with some relatives as the brother to Iita's dad (Mshaba's Hanouk) is living in the same house. Also later the same day Kultahippu was fetched to Rovaniemi (in Lappland) by plane.
  
• 28.06.2003     The puppies started to move to their new homes. 
  
• 25.06.2003     6 week pics of K-litter have been updated.
  
• 24.06.2003     Few new pics of Eemi, he spent the last weekend with us. Bu was having some experienes in Kotka with Liisa and Ari, thank you !

• 08.06.2003     At Salo all breed show Ibu got res.CAC (congratulations !) and Siiri was BOS. This was her third BOS in a row, I think the maternity leave really did some good to her. Pasi also handled few dogs there and Taavi (Kamilkan Väinämöinen) succeeded best of them - he won group 6. Congratulations owner Jonna and breeder Liisa !

• 02.06.2003     SUMMER HAS STARTED...it's June !! Niki's official x-ray results have arrived - HD: B and ED: 0/0. She will be our next brood bitch, more info in few weeks. 
  

 MAY 

• 27.05.2003     New pics of K-litter, also some new pics of Niki. We have added a new folder to our picture album called : Boys in Espoo. Also few pics added to Uuno's page.
  
• 25.05.2003     Little Niki got second CAC today at Helsinki all breed national show (congratulations Lotta !). She placed just after Siiri who managed to win BOS. The judge was Paula Rekiranta. This was Niki's first show this year.  On the way home we picked up Bu, who was spending a city weekend at Uunos. Thank you Miia and Ville for taking such a good care of him ! We also received nice phone call from Jyväskylä - little Kwahu had taken part to first match show (unofficial show) and did well - BIS 1 puppy. Congratulations Marja !
  
• 20.05.2003     Few new pic added to Bu's page.
  
• 19.05.2003     Finally pics of K-litter, you can get to the page here. Also new pictures of Paavo (Karoskloof B to Harjaselän) updated. Our little Paavo puppy has grown up to a beautiful and handsome youngster !
  
• 18.05.2003     Happy birthday I-puppies !! This comes a bit late, but we left in the morning to Hamina show. Siiri won bitches and was BOS. The judge was Harri Lehkonen. 
  
• 17.05.2003     Some updates have been done to the pages; Eemi, Tosca, Uuno and Sonja. Also our Puppy plans -page has been updated. Unfortunately I still don't have pics of our K-litter, the battery in my camera was dead...Pics will be updated beginning of next week. 
  
• 11.05.2003     Iita celebrates today Mother's Day as mom to 31 offspring !! Our K-litter was born yesterday. It took less than 6 hours to deliver this gang of healthy pups. All 11 (7 girls & 4 boys) puppies are beautifully ridged, have very little white, there are few pups with no white at all. We did have some exciting moments because ALL 7 females were born first, then the boys arrived. We had joked about litter of 12 pups, all girls....luckily that didn't happen.
  We'd like to thank here Iita's breeder Marianne Gellin who bred us a wonderful foundations bitch - THANK YOU !This was Iita's third and last litter, now she retires. She has now 31 offspring and all are with ridges. Also big thanks goes to Ko's owner Cyndy Burton and Veronica Gomes-Hanson (I got the semen from her) - THANK YOU !
  We are extremely happy with this beautiful litter and for being AI this litter is rather big. Pics will follow next week.
  
• 07.05.2003     Few new pics added to Oona's and Saara's page. Thank you Minna for the pics ! Poor Iita is just growing and growing, within a week we'll have K-litter "on the ground".
  
• 03.05.2003     Finally our picture album works ! I've added few folders with new fresh pictures.

  APRIL 

• 27.04.2003     Harjaselän gang had a nice day in the Specialty even though only 3 of our dogs were presented ( I also think Paavo as one of ours even he is bred by Arno van Wyk). Paavo was second in male puppies (entry 7). Mortti was only dog in intermediate class and he won the class with an excellent, in the finals he won res.CAC. Topi won open class with an excellent and in the finals he won second CAC, first CACIB and became BOS. Congratulations for nice job Johanna ! Siiri returned from maturnity leave and was third in champion class with an excellent. Our Specialty was held in Lahti international show and the judge was Mr Richard van Aken from South Africa.
  
• 26.04.2003     We have a new site address ! We ran out of the space in the old one, so we had to move. Some pages have not been updated yet, but I'll be working on it.
  
• 09.04.2003     We are SO happy to announce that iita is with puppies. She was scanned today and there is quite few Harjaselän K-pups cookin'. Watch out Mr Ko, new babies soon to look after ! Many thanks to vetenarian Merja Dahlbom for professional insemination !
  
• 07.04.2003     This comes a bit late ... but Yankee's offspring LP1 Ahali Fani's Akali was BOB in Denmark's Rhodesian Ridgeback Club's show in Århus 22.03. Congratulations !
  
• 01.04.2003     Today Paavo's (known at home as Tarmo) papers finally arrived from SA Kennel Union. It took 3 months from them to make export pedigree ! Paavo's official name is KAROSKLOOF B TO HARJASELÄN. Idea was that B was supposed to be BRAVO, but there were too many marks in his name, so our poor boy is only B.
  

  MARCH   

• 30.03.2003     Today was Paavo's first show. We were in Lahti in an unofficial puppy show for all breeds. Paavo behaved very nicely (hard to tell that he haven't been trained for shows)  and he was BOB-puppy and in group competition he was second (BIG 2).
  
• 28.03.2003     Now the links on this site finally work, but some pages are still missing - not my fault this time. I ran out of web space here !! I do have new site and very soon we'll move. Then I'll have 4 times more space to put all pages back here...and make more mistakes !
  
• 27.03.2003     Update on Aatu's (Harjaselän Ijumaa Imara) page - new pics.
• 26.03.2003     Now J-litter also has pics on their page...some problems yesterday. Finally new pics of our African Paavo (Karoskloof B to Harjaselän) - enjoy !
  
• 24.03.2003     I'm the master of this site from now on, so anything can happen. Some major changes are under construction and it means some problems with pictures etc. Minna has done a GREAT job here - THANK YOU ! And I still need some help, but I'm trying. 4 puppies left this weekend, only 3 here with us. Their individual pages are under work, hopefully next week they are ready. WELCOME all new Harjaselän puppy owners !
  
• 19.03.2003      Photos of the 7 weeks old puppies have been added.
• 15.03.2003      At Tampere international show Mortti was only Harjaselän dog. He got ex1 in intermediate and won his class (well, he was the only in intermediate class). Saba (Lewanika Bulikani) was also there with us and she got ex3 and placed in her (junior) class as third). We also had a possibilty to see Aatu for a long time.
  
• 13.03.2003      Iita has been mated to Mr Ko... well it wasn't really so - she has been artificially inseminated with Ko's frozen, but very lively, semen.
  
• 12.03.2003      Puppies passed vet's examination easily. The vet would have been in trouble, but fortunately the pups just fell asleep before she arrived, so they were SO easy to handle.
  
• 09.03.2003      The puppies are now 5 weeks old and their new photos have been added.
• 08.03.2003      Puppies were tattooed and they bravely survived - just joking, males hardly noticed what happened, girls were more upset. Thanks to Liisa Hällström (kennel Kamilkan) and Pia Tarkkonen (kennel Kamilkan).
  

  FEBRUARY 

• 28.02.2003      The"missing" puppy pictures have been found and added to the page. So now the hole litter is to be seen.
• 26.02.2003      Once again new pics of the pups has been added. They are now 4 weeks old. One of the pictures is still missing.
• 18.02.2003       The pups are now 3 weeks old. New pics added.
  I'm still without an internet connection at home and the phone company said that in 2 weeks it should work !

• 08.02.2003       Harjaselän gang moved from Lohja to Karjaa county. We live now in Meltola. New contact info will be updated soon.
  

  JANUARY

• 29.01.2003        Check out the first pictures of the newborns.
• 28.01.2003        Siiri finally gave birth. She is now a proud mom of 7 newborns. We have 3 boys and 4 girls (one pet with very short ridge, others seem to be at the moment show quality) and this was all we got, no pup was put down. Pups have nice dark color and they don't have much white. Pups were rather big, they all weighted between 500-600 gr. I was so sure that she will have some huge litter because she really was huge, but when I saw the pups I understood her size as all pups were big. Mom and pups are doing just great and Siiri sure seem to enjoy her new role as mom. Pictures will follow in few days.
  
• 12.01.2003        Siiri is starting to look like a hippo ! Topi (Harjaselän Harubah) has his own home pages (only in Finnish). Even if the language might be the problem, you can still have a peek as there are many nice pics ! I also wanna say here few words for the great help we got from chiropractic Matts Holmström - without your help Siiri's pregnancy would have been straight from hell ! We cannot find the words to thank you as you helped her SO much. Anyway THANK YOU !
  Siiri got cold to her back and also strained it and because of her pregnancy we couldn't give her pain killers, so we took her to Matts'. The pain in the back must have been rather bad because moving was difficult for her. With 2 treatments she is gettin' better and better and without the extra weight on her I believe that she would move very normally now (she is a bit clumsy at the moment with her big belly).
